Current "pilot's lounge" is a metal chair inside the vestibule. They want to make sure you are near the helicopter to fly it away if another one is inbound. Would not let me go with my medical team. Spent 2 hours there in the "attic" waiting on my crew with an outbound patient. If only we had a small portable means of communication that fit in a pocket, yet also took great pictures and connected to the internet.... |
